Ingredients:
1 cup frozen cherries
1 ripe banana
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Add frozen cherries, banana, spinach, and chia seeds to a blender.
Pour in almond milk and optional honey or maple syrup. Add ice if desired.
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Adjust almond milk for preferred thickness.
Pour into a glass, garnish with cherries, and enjoy!
