Shipping, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Cherrywood Orchard, we ship premium fresh Flathead Skeena cherries and Italian plums directly from our orchard. Because the fruit is highly perishable and seasonal, our policies are as follows:

Shipping

Cherries are harvested once per year in late July to early August. Pre-harvest orders are pre-orders that reserve fruit from the upcoming crop. We pick, pack, and ship orders in the sequence received.

Fruit is packed in insulated boxes with cold packs. We ship Monday–Wednesday via UPS (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) for best arrival. Montana residents may receive UPS Ground. Some rural areas are served by USPS.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund up to two weeks before harvest begins.

Cancellations within two weeks of harvest are not guaranteed, as we plan harvest around pre-orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept physical returns due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit.

  • If we cannot fulfill your order (crop loss, weather, etc.), you will receive a full refund.

  • If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, description, and photos. We will offer a replacement (if available) or refund.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or severe weather.

  • We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Email us with your order number. For delivery issues, please include photos. We will respond promptly.
