Shipping, Cancellations & Refund Policy
At Cherrywood Orchard, we ship premium fresh Flathead Skeena cherries and Italian plums directly from our orchard. Because the fruit is highly perishable and seasonal, our policies are as follows:
Shipping
Cherries are harvested once per year in late July to early August. Pre-orders reserve fruit from the upcoming harvest and are fulfilled in the order received.
Fruit is pre-chilled and packed in insulated boxes with cold packs. We ship Monday and Tuesday via UPS Next Day Air, with deliveries typically arriving Tuesday or Wednesday, and occasionally Thursday. Some rural areas may only be served by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We cannot accommodate requests to delay shipment or guarantee a specific delivery date. Orders are shipped based on harvest timing and the order in which they were received. Customers receive a shipping notification once their order has shipped.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund up to two weeks before harvest begins.
Cancellations within two weeks of harvest are not guaranteed, as we plan harvest around pre-orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept physical returns due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit.
If we cannot fulfill your order (crop loss, weather, etc.), you will receive a full refund.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, description, and photos. We will offer a replacement (if available) or refund.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or severe weather.
We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
