How Pre-Orders Work

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving plums for the harvest year listed in the product title. Come harvest time, your cherries will be picked, packed, and shipped to you.

Late-Season Orders

If the current year’s growing season has already wrapped up (usually by late-September), new orders automatically roll over as pre-orders for the following year.

Shipping Timeline

  • Harvest begins in mid-September.

  • All pre-orders are shipped by September of the year listed in the product title.

  • Tracking numbers are created once fruit is harvested and shipping labels are printed.

Customer Responsibility

By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving plums for the harvest year listed in the product title. Orders ship once plums are harvested and packed.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Cherrywood Orchard, we want you to feel confident when placing a pre-order. You may cancel your order anytime before shipment and receive a full refund — no fees, no penalties.
